Hi! I'm Jenna! I am from Lino Lakes, MN, and attended Centennial High School, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and high honors. I was a competitive dancer growing up, so most of my time was spent in the dance studio. I also participated in choir and club sports. I attended college at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and received my bachelor's degree in psychology and neuroscience. While in college, I participated in many leadership opportunities through being a mentor and TA for incoming first-year students interested in healthcare and mentoring students exploring different options in their college major and career goals.  I am currently back at my alma mater pursuing my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy and hope to specialize in pediatrics and neonatal care. 

Before joining Kay Tutoring, I immersed myself in healthcare roles as a PCA and rehabilitation aide, driven by the desire to make a difference. Joining Kay Tutoring allowed me to explore my passion for teaching and learning in new and exciting ways. Looking ahead, I envision a career blending academia with clinical practice. In addition to working at Kay Tutoring, I also work as a direct care professional for a group home. I am passionate about advocating for the disabled community and working towards more inclusive environments. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing pickleball, cooking, running, and traveling whenever possible!
