Hi, Roshnee here! I can’t wait to get started with you!

A little about me—I attended The Blake School here in the Twin Cities and then went on to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. I’ve always had a passion for the sciences and hope to pursue them further through medical school or some other graduate program.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with other students and have discovered the rewarding nature of tutoring. In high school, I led our Bear-to-Bear tutoring program. In college, I served as a Teaching Assistant and continue to tutor high-school students in STEM classes to this day. 

Here at Kay Tutoring, I support students in regular, honors, and AP math; regular, honors, and AP biology; and regular, honors, and AP chemistry. It is incredibly fulfilling to see how tutoring can make a real difference in a student’s understanding and confidence. STEM classes can be intimidating, but with the right support, any student can be successful. I love being part of that process—watching students light up when things finally click for them is one of the best parts of tutoring. Whether you're working on math or science, I'm here to help guide you and ensure you feel confident in your understanding.

Outside of tutoring, I love exploring around Minneapolis and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.  Having volunteered at a children’s hospital, I learned how much small acts of kindness can brighten someone's day and give back when I can. Given my tutoring experience, I help my little sister with her high school STEM courses (when she’ll let me!).
